What is Stewards Circle?

A dedicated space to strengthen your leadership, your company, and your approach to employee ownership.

Stewards Circle is a collaborative space for leaders shaping the next chapter of employee ownership. This annual event brings together experienced EOT operators, transition-ready leaders, and those exploring shared ownership for grounded conversations, real examples, and a supportive community.

Together, we deepen the practice of employee ownership — strengthening the movement and laying the groundwork for shared ownership to become the norm, not the exception.

In partnership with Ocaquatics, this year’s gathering is designed to move from conversation to practice.

We’ll spend Thursday at the Miami Marriott Dadeland learning alongside fellow employee ownership leaders, then Friday at Ocaquatics for a firsthand look at how employee ownership shows up inside a growing company.

Across both days, we’ll explore the leadership, governance, and cultural practices that help employee-owned companies thrive — with space to learn from peers, gain practical insight, and reflect on your long-term path in employee ownership.
